Moving Between The Positions Also Stretches One Out

Stretching, nuanced and significant.

Moving between the positions also stretches one out.

I mean I do 17 different stretches to stay healthy.

It takes anywhere from 10-20 minutes to do these.

But the nuanced thing.

Significant.

When I move from one position to the next.

I feel my muscles and joints and tendons and ligaments and nerves stretching out.

I'm standing, I'm lying down, I'm squatting, I'm on my front, back, side.

And as I get up or down, or turn from one position to the next.

That little movement stretches me out more.

It stretches odd little random muscles.

Which makes a difference.

In conclusion, when stretching, the nuance is that MOVING BETWEEN THE POSITIONS also stretches one out.
