The persona of Calley Means on the Rogan show says if the above 5x biomarkers are healthy then it nearly obliterates chronic diseases including the following:

 

Alzheimers, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, depression, infertility, dementia.

 

 

 

And they are saying that this is instigated by the big health industry and big food industry and big pharma industries.

(Ball Punyin note: thus I say probably too the big banking and big government industry.

 

 

And they mention that in 1909 Rockefeller established medical siloing so he could sell pharma through the medical system on huge scale. and those medical siloing institutions are still strong today.

At the 1h. 48m. mark, they mention, that doctors can legally prescribe "exercise" and "food" as an actual prescription.

And then folks can use tax dollars tax-free to pay for gym memberships. from providers.

'letters of medical necessary' these are called.

So even though industry tried, medical prescriptions are still not just for drugs.

Prescriptions can still be made for a 'letter of medical necessity' for 'exercise' and/ or 'eat whole foods' or 'eat better foods'

So I can ask my doctor for this next time!?  Can my doctor prescribe to help cover Jiu-Jitsu gym membership costs!?! Because Jiu-Jitsu gym/class/community is amazing in my opinion, it works!

 

 

 

 

They are further saying on the podcast, that he thinks it is proven that 12-week keto diet can cure infertility for women.

Whereas (hormone-pills + ivf) are the standard mostly.

'SSRI' as a (bad) prescription/treatment has been mentioned by the persona of Calley Means like 12 times so far on this podcast.

Also they keep hammering how Ozempic is taken by millions of americans in 2024 including 6yo kids. and they say this is sick/horrible.

gym membership

 

 

 

 

In conclusion, listening to this episode was a real paradigm shift and left me really hopeful for cutting through bullshit to find out ways to stay healthy in natural ways, at the same time left me scrambling to learn new stuff and scrambling to find out what is more and less true and what is more or less realistic. However I do recommend anyone interested in any of this stuff, to definitely go and listen to this podcast episode!!!
