This is a review of How Women of Color Can Own Their Success* (podcast episode), and highlights the wisdom and inspiration therein.

On the episode a panel member noted that no one will tell people how great you are so you have to tell people this yourself.

On the same episode, someone also said, if you just put your head down and work hard, that is not a complete formula for success. You need to network within your [organization etc.] and make connections.

And on the same episode someone said it can help you to keep a spreadsheet of what contributions you made, what value you brought to the company, including with a dollar amount written next to each one.
